The Carine is known for its dynamic and picturesque function spaces. We cater for all functions from birthdays to engagements, corporate meetings to sun downers. Our Management team & staff is dedicated to making your event a memorable one.
THE PUBLIC COURTYARD
With a brand new streamlined state of the art TAB, this is an upmarket area with screens covering sporting events from around the globe with discrete TAB betting if the mood takes you. This bar is suitable for gatherings of 20 to 120 guests with full service including cocktails and finger food catering. If your guests number less than 60 we can leave the pool table for those who are skilled with the cue.
THE LOUNGE BAR
Our Lounge bar has everything you need for your functions. With a projector, microphone and professional sound equipment available, you have the capability to hold your own show.
You can host between 100 - 300 guests with a private full service bar and a large selection of share food platters. Great for large birthday celebrations, events and wakes.
THE FISHBOWL & WATERFALL
A relaxed area with leafy surrounds to keep your guests at ease. Seating is arranged throughout the garden in groupings with a capability to host between 20 and 150 guests, with easy access to our restaurant bar. This area is ideal for sundowners, birthdays, special events and engagement parties.
THE BISTRO FUNCTION AREA
This private surrounding function area, has a small close gathering feel to it. With the capabilities to do a maximum 50 people sit down or 100 people standing cocktail style. It has a private bar and secluded alfresco area - this room has everything you need.
